This journal helps you to stand still and reflect at the end of the day. You'll get a PDF version of this journal which you can print out as many times as you want, because there is no date on this journal.
How it works
Print the journal out and put it on your night table, together with a pencil or pen.
Before going to bed, you take 1 minute to stand still and fill out the journal.
The journal is divided in 4 parts:
- Goals
- Gratitude
- What happened today
- Random thoughts and ideas
Goals
Write down some life goals in the form that you already achieved them. Some examples:
- I am confident
- I am fit and healthy
- I have my own xyz-business
Gratitude
Reflect on what you're grateful that happened today and give your day a star based review.
What happened today
Write down in short or long form what happened today.
Random thoughts and ideas
If you have any ideas or thoughts you want to write down, can you write them in this section.
